These Terms govern your use of katalyse.co.uk and the services offered by Katalyse Group Limited.

1. Services

We offer a free discovery call and The Katalyse Partnership, which includes a monthly catch-up call and message access throughout the month.

2. Bookings and payments

The Katalyse Partnership costs £100, paid at the start of each month. Founding Partners keep that price for a minimum of their first 12 months.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel whenever you like. There is no notice period or exit fee. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.

4. Price reviews

Prices may be reviewed once a year with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept a new price, you are free to cancel.

5. What partnership means

Partnership means Katalyse is properly in your corner. It is not a legal partnership. Katalyse owns no part of your business and you own no part of Katalyse.

6. Confidentiality

What we discuss stays between us, both ways, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific business outcome. We do guarantee to act professionally, in good faith and to the best of our ability.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
